The Deep Freeze
We had a really long clod snap hear. The longest I have seen in years, 18 days. The coldest it got was -45 c before the wind chill! It warmed up one morning to -26c, then plumitted again. Needless to say everyone had cabin fever.
The Phoenix rising from the frostWhile stricken with cabin fever I had the pleasure of watching these great ice formations changing on my window everyday. When it warmed up they disappeared withing an hour.

Cars and cold! My car did not move for a week. It wouldn't start one day so I decided I could survive with out it. As for my room mates car (for ground) it made three trips to the shop.
